Refund Policy

Our goal

We want you to be satisfied with your continuing education. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns and replacements

Our courses are printed monographs that we mail to you. If your monograph arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. If you would like to return an unused, undamaged monograph, please contact us first; once we approve the return, you may send it back within 14 days for a refund of the course price. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Certificates already issued

If a certificate has already been issued for a purchase, that purchase is not eligible for a refund, because the continuing-education credit has been earned and recorded.

How to request a refund

Email or call us using the details on our contact page, and include your name, the email address you used when you ordered, and your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; please allow several business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
