Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms govern your purchase and use of continuing-education courses and certificates from Hemodialysis, Inc., an approved provider with the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider CEP2359). By purchasing a course you agree to these terms.
The courses
Each course is a self-paced, monograph-based continuing-education offering for registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and hemodialysis technicians. Courses are available as a downloadable digital monograph or as a printed monograph mailed to you. The educational content is the same; the format differs.
Earning your certificate
Continuing-education credit and a certificate are issued only after you pass the post-test for the course at the required score. We issue one certificate per purchase. The certificate reflects your name, license information, the course, and the contact hours earned, and is intended for your own continuing-education records.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name and license information you provide and for submitting your own work on the post-test.
Intellectual property
All course materials — including the monographs, post-tests, and related content — are the intellectual property of Hemodialysis, Inc. and its authors and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own continuing education. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share the materials, or post them publicly, without our written permission.
Refunds
Purchases are subject to our refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The courses are provided for continuing-education purposes and are offered “as is.” While we work to keep our content accurate and current, the materials are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, employer policy, or applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hemodialysis, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the courses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course at issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
